Meet Manu, a cheese maker in Hérémence for more than 30 years and discover the backstage of the cheese factory. From the milk to the cheese making: an artisanal know-how with a local taste. Visit, meet, taste, enjoy, and you will be the expert of the Swiss Raclette! This winter, the cheese dairy opens its doors every Tuesday from 26.12.23 to 18.06.24 from 8:30 to 10:00.
