Put on your snowshoes and discover the pleasures of winter among the vast snow-covered landscapes starting from Pralong.

It's a gentle route for a wild and enchanting walk for two, with friends or with the family. A vast plateau immaculately white, like a picture-postcard backdrop, with isolated chalets, a forest of snow-covered fir trees and a river cutting its way through frosted trees. It's like Lapland! The trail takes you to the little hamlet of Tsipis, with a view of the Grande-Dixence dam, skirts the Dixence river, crosses this Nordic plateau and enters the forest. It's a 2.5km loop that takes around 1h-1h15 and can be adapted to suit your mood. Ideal for families or beginners.
