Initiated by snow expert Robert Bolognesi, the trail of tracks invites walkers to discover the mountain in a different way. The educational trail is dotted with 16 panels describing the footprints of wild animals in the snow. A fun, family-friendly walk from Pralong to Novelli through the snow-covered forest.

Itinerary :

Pralong - Novelli snowshoe trail
Open to the general public, approx. 7 km round trip
Start from the Pralong car park, beside the river La Dixence (before the bridge over the road to Grande Dixence)
Walking time: around 4 hours round trip
There are other routes in Val d'Hérens: Saint-Martin, from Grange Neuve to Prarion - Les Haudères, from Molignon to La Forclaz
