Bastien Dayer

We went to meet our ambassador and former telemark skier Bastien Dayer. A native and resident of Hérémence, Bastien is very involved in local and active life. He tells us about the village's traditions and talks about the various local societies of which he is a member.

 

Gilles Sierro

We went to meet our ambassador, mountain guide and steep skier Gilles Sierro. He grew up in Hérémence and still lives there today. He talks about his village, Riod, a small village in the commune of Hérémence. Gilles has skied all over the world, but for him, home is always home. He doesn't fail to mention his favourite activities and spots in Hérémence.

 

Mélanie Meillard

We went to meet our ambassador and alpine skier Mélanie Meillard. Originally from Neuchâtel, she explains why her family chose to settle in Hérémence in the Valais. She talks about the charm of the village and the places not to be missed. Having travelled a lot, she still takes great pleasure in skiing on the slopes close to home whenever she gets the chance.

 

 

Loïc Meillard

We went to meet our ambassador and alpine skier Loïc Meillard. Loïc feels right at home. Between two trips, he likes to rest in Hérémence. He enjoys the beautiful scenery and the peace and quiet of nature. He tells us about the most beautiful spots in the commune, and also about the reception organized to congratulate him and his sister on their fantastic 2024-2025 seasons.
