Fondation Robert et Mathilde Seppey

An extraordinary multi-site museum to explore in Euseigne. Josiane and Thierry will welcome you and take you back in time through the exhibition, the history and their myriad anecdotes on these objects from the Hérens heritage. Thanks to Robert Seppey’s passion for Valais heritage and his collection over more than 60 years, the multi-site museum of the Robert & Mathilde Seppey Foundation consists of several thousand pieces and includes objects, costumes, photos and archives.

The Foundation also holds the largest collection of antique objects, photos and documents relating to the village of Euseigne which was completely destroyed during a fire on 21 December 1917.
