Exposition : Equilibre

An art exhibition will take place at the St. Nicholas Church in Hérémence, featuring the works of Brazilian artist Isabella Cabral, titled "Equilibre".

Cabral's oil paintings are inspired by the landscapes of the Canton of Valais, particularly the Val d'Hérens, and depict stones and pieces of wood in compositions suggesting an imminent collapse. The works explore the physical properties of stone and wood, highlighting their weight, density, hardness, as well as their state of erosion and decay.

The exhibition will run from May 30th to September 22nd in the corridors and stairs of St. Nicholas Church. The vernissage will take place on May 30th at 2:45 PM, marking the beginning of this captivating exhibition in the heart of the Hérémence village.
