Ideal for hikers in search of verticality, emotions and breath-taking landscapes, this easy walk-in steep areas nevertheless requires your utmost attention, especially if you are accompanied by children. This former construction road was created for the hydroelectric development.

The trail takes you through 5 to 6 illuminated tunnels and offers exceptional views of the peaks. If you are lucky, you may see ibex and groundhogs in large numbers. From the place called "La Barma", the path becomes convivial and timeless. At the end of the lake, don't forget to admire the power of the water outlet collected between Zermatt and Arolla.
