Le bonheur est à l'alpage
Until the 1960s, the municipality of Hérémence had about ten alpine pastures. Life in the alpine pasture continues today, perpetuating the alpine tradition of our ancestors. But what is an alpine pasture? It is a vast high-altitude territory where the beautiful Hérens cows graze during the summer.
Several are still in operation and have become agro-tourism sites to discover and visit during the summer season. What if you went up to the alpine pasture this summer?
