Autumn is the season of colours... but also of flavours! I invite you to join me on a gourmet journey, combining local produce and heritage. Inspired by my guidebook 111 places in Valais not to be missed, this experience combines a discovery walk with unusual anecdotes.
Delve into the not-so-distant past as you discover an old mill, a wine press and the traditions of yesteryear. Along the way, stop off at a farm, explore unusual places and meet passionate artisans who are keeping the flavours of Valais alive.
