Commune of Hérémence
Hérémence, a village perched on the side of the Dixence Valley at an altitude of 1230 meters, combines traditional authenticity with the modernity of its latest constructions.
Old chalets are located next to recent public buildings and the unqiue concrete church. At the end of the valley stands the impressive Grande-Dixence dam.
