Winter activities – Status update as of 23 December 2025

Due to the lack of snow and current weather conditions, here is the status of activities in Hérémence, Pralong/Leteygeon and Les Masses.

⛸️ Hérémence ice rink

✅ OPEN during peak season until 5 January

Opening hours – skate hire:

• Monday to Thursday: 1.30pm – 8pm

• Friday: 1.30pm – 9pm

• Saturday: 1.30pm – 8pm

• Sunday: 10am – 12pm / 1.30pm – 5pm

🕙 The ice rink remains open and lit every day until 10pm.

 

🎿 Leteygeon Snow Sports Area

❌ CLOSED until further notice

Unfortunately, the lack of snow has prevented us from starting the season, but we look forward to seeing you again as soon as conditions allow.

 

🌙 Evening event on 2 January

➡️ If current conditions continue, the evening event will have to be cancelled.

📅 A decision will be made on 30 December.

📝 Registrations are still open, subject to conditions.

 

🎿 Cross-country skiing

✅ Partially open on the short trail, skating only.

The lack of snow means that the entire area cannot be opened. We are hoping for more snowfall so that we can welcome all cross-country skiing enthusiasts back.

 

🥾 Hiking park & Snowshoeing

⚠️ Little snow, presence of ice and hard snow.

👉 Snowshoes or crampons strongly recommended for venturing onto the trails.

 

🧗 Ice climbing

❌ Currently unavailable, as conditions do not allow for safe practice.
