Photographic exhibition of alpine fauna
Euseigne
From 01 Jun 2025 to 31 Oct 2025
The Diana d'Hérens, a hunting association for the Hérens district founded in 1908 and now boasting over 400 members, brings together the Amicales des Chasseurs d'Ayent, de Vex - Hérémence - Les Agettes, de la rive Droite de la Borgne and d'Evolène.
Over the years, the world of hunting has constantly evolved, with the aim of preserving a rich and varied fauna.
Hunting in the Valais, with the help of various partners, plays an essential role in maintaining the diversity of animal populations and protecting forests, for example.
The aim of this photographic exhibition along the old Route des Pyramides is to show the general public and nature lovers that the wildlife found in our regions is partly due to the work of hunters.
The photographs of these trails were taken by three nature lovers, both hunters and non-hunters. All of them have a keen interest in wildlife and the work that is done to maintain these species in the beautiful countryside that surrounds us.
