1st August Festival

To mark Swiss National Day, Hérémence invites you to a festive and convivial evening on 1 August. The programme includes alphorns, a performance by the folk group L’Alouette, a concert by the Echo di Samolico Youth Band, as well as various activities for children, including a lantern-making workshop and a bouncy castle.

The evening will continue with a lantern procession, an official address and, weather permitting, a fireworks display. Food and drinks available on site. The attendance of a FIFO group is still to be confirmed.

In addition to the festivities, a 1 August brunch will be served at the Grande Dixence Dam restaurant from 12 noon to 3 pm, with entertainment provided by the band ‘Follo FM’.
